1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we process

We process the data you provide via the newsletter form (name, e-mail address) and technical data generated when visiting the website (IP address, browser type, language, pages visited).

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data in order to send the editorial newsletter on personal financial organization, to ensure the security of the website and for anonymous traffic statistics, if you grant consent in the cookie banner.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (newsletter subscription, optional cookies), on the basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stability of the website), and to the extent necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.

5. How long we keep your data

Newsletter data is kept for the duration of your subscription and then for 12 months as proof of consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the end of every e-mail or by writing to editorial@quarklyxmedia.com.

6. Who we share data with

We share data only with verified processors within the EU/EEA who provide website hosting, newsletter delivery and traffic measurement on our behalf. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). Send your requests to gdpr@quarklyxmedia.com.
